Matthew Collins
Matthew Collins is an LA-based hair stylist with more than 17 years of experience, and he’s a Global Styling Brand Ambassador for Dyson. His work, advice, and tutorials have been featured in online and print publications including Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Harper’s Bazaar, and he has styled celebrity clients for prestigious events such as The Oscars, The Golden Globes, and The Emmys. Matthew also co-founded an advanced beauty training academy called The Good Ones Academy.

Irinel De León
Irinel De León is a New York native and proud daughter of immigrants from the Dominican Republic. Having started her career in finance, Irinel stands apart from her beauty peers as she has the business acumen of a banker but the creative touch of an artist. After 13 years of fine tuning her skills in the salon, Irinel graduated to assisting celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin. In 2019, she struck out on her own and rapidly grew a career in the competitive Los Angeles glam scape. Her work has graced the iconic red carpet at MET Gala in back-to-back years and has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Shape, Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Health and People Magazines. In just 3 short years, she has racked up an impressive roster of clients including: Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Vanessa Hudgens, Adria Arjona, Kourtney Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, Suni Lee, Nina Dobrev, Bretman Rock and Kourtney Kardashian. A social media darling in her own right, Irinel boasts of nearly 130K Instagram followers and is a global ambassador to super-brand, Dyson. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her partner, Zack, and cats, Jeff and Kyoto

Shallynn Johnston
Shallynn Johnston has had a broad career in the beauty world. Beginning as an apprentice in a small salon in rural Canada in 2002, she quickly fell in love with hair color and pursued this path where she joined Aveda in 2004. In her 14 years with Aveda, she had many roles including colorist, educator, and creative director to name a few. Throughout her hair journey she also found passion for styling hair and would participate in NYFW and photoshoots. Shallynn has participated in Aveda hair shows around the world and has competed in hair competitions, winning Behind The Chairs “Big Shot Hair Color Shot of the Year North America” in 2016. Since joining Dyson in 2018 Shallynn has shaped the hair care category helping to launch, the Dyson Corrale Straightener/Styler, the Dyson Supersonic Flyaway attachment, and the re-engineered Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler. Her partnerships with influencers and focus on diversity in the hair care world has helped to push Dyson as a leading hair care brand within the Pro and Retail realms.
